I'm Harline!

I’ve proudly called Colorado home since 2003 - over

20 years of experiencing the best this state has to

offer. From growing up in the woodlands of Larkspur,

to attending college in Fort Collins, to enjoying the

mountain lifestyle in Summit County, I’ve lived through

the full spectrum of Colorado’s unique and inspiring

communities.

After earning my Bachelor's degree in Management

from Metropolitan State University, I began my career

in the home improvement marketing industry. That

experience gave me a deeper understanding of the

everyday Colorado homeowner and their evolving

needs.

My years of customer service, marketing, and

negotiation gave me the confidence to pursue a

career in real estate. Today, I use that foundation to

help buyers and sellers navigate the market with

clarity, strategy, and genuine care—so they can make

decisions that support their goals and future lifestyle.
